At Daniel Wear, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If something isn’t right, we offer a clear and fair return process.
30-Day Returns
You may return your item within 30 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused and unworn
• The item must be in original packaging
• All original tags must be attached
Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage cannot be returned.
For hygiene reasons, underwear and intimate items are non-returnable.
How To Start A Return
To start a return, email help@danielwear.com and include:
• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
We will send return instructions within 1 business day.
Return Shipping Costs
• If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we cover the return shipping cost.
• If you are returning an item due to change of mind or sizing, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We do not charge restocking fees.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the funds.
